Deep thought of the day ... our individual reality is only real to us because it's based on our emotional perception of our true situation, conversely, our judgment of someone else's reality is flawed because it's based on our reaction to their projected circumstances via our incomplete observations.... so, advisable action is to judge nothing, even yourself.... understand as best as you can through a lens of compassion and brotherly love. Retain nothing hurtful others project at you, their opinions aren't worth carrying, and avoid trying to burden others.
