Between the elements and the plant life, slowly mother nature is winning the battle of time against this old metal door..... But to the doors credit, she's held up for perhaps a century. The slow decay is interesting, and maybe even a little beautiful, but at a minimum there is a story to be told there of all the things that have past near this door.
