Depression, anxiety and stress have the same effect on the body that weathering has on a building.  Nothing is noticeable immediately, but over time they eat away and destroy.  Every day a little more of our soul is scarred.  Everyday, small changes, small battles wear away our bodies until finally we are a broken relic.
